FAQ
Common questions
How often should I repaint my stucco house in Arizona?
Most Valley stucco exteriors need repainting every 7–10 years. South- and west-facing walls fade first, so if those elevations look chalky or dull while the shaded sides look fine, it's time.
Do you repair stucco cracks before painting?
Always. We patch cracks and chips, re-caulk windows, doors and trim joints, and prime bare stucco. Painting over an unrepaired crack just telegraphs it back through the new finish.
Can you paint in the Arizona summer?
Yes. We start early, chase the shade around the house and monitor surface temperature so the coating flashes and cures properly instead of drying too fast.
How long does an exterior repaint take?
Most single-story Valley homes take 2–4 days including prep. Two-story homes with heavier repair work run 4–6 days.
